How to Upgrade

To upgrade from a previous version:

  1. Stop JIRA Client if it is running.
  2. Back up your workspace.
  3. Run the downloaded executable file. Select the same installation directory to overwrite the older version.
  4. After launching the new version for the first time, run full synchronization with Connection | Reload JIRA Configuration menu.

To upgrade from JIRA Client Lite to JIRA Client Pro, follow the usual upgrade steps. Make sure you have a license key ready.
